Principle

This website uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics tools and no advertising networks. There is no booking system and there are no user accounts. We process only what is technically necessary to deliver the page, and whatever you send us yourself in an enquiry.

Hosting / server log files

When you visit the website, our hosting provider (netcup GmbH, Germany) automatically processes technical access data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) in server log files. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operation and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted automatically after a few days. A data processing agreement is in place with the host.

Typefaces

The typefaces used are stored on our own server and delivered from there. No external font servers (e.g. Google Fonts) are contacted; loading the fonts transmits no data to third parties.

Enquiry form

When you submit the enquiry form, the data you have entered (travel dates, number of people, preferred apartment, name, e-mail address, optionally telephone number and your notes) is transmitted to our server at netcup GmbH and forwarded from there by e-mail to info@sonnenhof-imst.at. The transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).

We process this data solely in order to handle your enquiry or booking. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: for the duration of processing, or as required by statutory retention periods (up to 7 years for tax purposes). No form content is stored in a database and none is passed on to further third parties.

To protect against automated spam, the form contains a hidden extra field. It is neither evaluated nor stored; if it is filled in, we discard the submission.

Linked websites

We refer to sites such as imst.at, HolidayCheck, Google Maps, Alpenhotel Linserhof and Hotel Gasthof Neuner using ordinary links only. No content from these providers is embedded in our page — data is transmitted only once you click such a link yourself. The provider’s own privacy policy then applies.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Please contact the e-mail address given above. Complaints may be addressed to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
